Tyler Kaan, a freshman at UC Riverside, placed 11th in the Big West Conference men's cross country final at the Ag-Ops course in Riverside, Calif. Kaan covered the 8-kilometer layout in 24:10.3 to help the host Highlanders take third overall with 70 points, matching the best finish for the program at the conference final since 2014.
